Pamela Anderson low-cut dress in New Year
Pamela Anderson looked as if she having a fine old time at a New Year's Eve party and really letting her hair down.
Unfortunately she also let the top of her dress down and revealed a little too much of her cleavage as she gave the countdown to midnight.
The 42-year-old actress, who recently starred in panto in Wimbledon, London, was hosting the Gridlock event at Paramount Studios in Hollywood when the wardrobe malfunction occurred.
She had come on stage for the final minutes of 2009 to count down to midnight.
But as she took to the stage with a man dressed as a dalmatian and another as a demon as well as American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert, she was thinking more about toasting 2010 than her dress.
The controversial singer, who affronted his audience when he kissed his keyboard player and performed sexy moves with men at the American Music Awards, had to step in to help her.
Earlier on in the evening she had been pulling up her white dress to ensure it retained some element of modesty.
The 27-year-old attempted to pull up her top, but Pamela seemed to think he was trying to get a feel, and at first held his hand away.
Despite the faux pas, the actress, who is due to appear in Celebrity Big Brother on Sunday, looked pretty in her white dress even though she wore a sparkling sequin glove on one hand.
She also covered herself in gold body glitter, while Adam Lambert went for glitter around his eyes and told the crowd he had gone for a 'firework' look.

Snow bunny Pamela Anderson hits slopes
Pamela Anderson channeled her inner snow bunny when she took to the slopes for a boarding lesson.
But instead of sporting the usual ski attire, the former Baywatch star - not one to miss an opportunity to flaunt her figure - ignored health and safety, opting for a revealing mini dress instead.
Pamela was taking part in an event to promote the 2010 Winter Games in Vancouver, Canada.
The actress frolicked in 40 tons of snow that were shipped in to convert a private home into a winter wonderland in Malibu, California.
The blonde is perhaps attempting to distract herself from recent financial worries.
Earlier this month, she spoke about the disastrous home-building project which has left her hopelessly in the red.
The 42-year-old has been forced to move into a trailer park during construction of her beach house in Malibu.
Now she fears she may have to sell it altogether after going massively over budget.
She said: 'I am $3million over budget and I should have moved in over a year ago. I’m tiling the whole pool in platinum - that’s expensive!'

It's no mean feat stealing the spotlight from Pamela Anderson.
But when the blonde took to the catwalk for Rock Fashion Week, she was faced with some stiff competition - a towering transvestite.
Despite trying hard to attract attention, the former Baywatch star found herself being upstaged by the cross-dressing model during the Richie Rich show.
Pamela left little to the imagination in a tie-die t-shirt and Laboutin stiletto heels, showing off her enviable figure and toned legs.
But her fellow model stole the show in a peroxide wig, sequinned dress and floral coat.
Earlier, Pamela, who appears to be sporting a new fringe, donned a white t-shirt to announce her new brand Muse with Richie Rich.

Pamela Anderson stars as Vivienne Westwood's shock new muse for fashion launch
Vivienne Westwood has never much rated convention but her choice of star to launch her latest collection has turned heads even in the rarely shocked world of fashion.
For the doyenne of punk's spring/summer campaign frontwoman is none other than 41-year-old former Playboy covergirl Pamela Anderson.
Anderson brings her trademark raunchiness to the ad, posing in barely there hot pants and diaphanous knit dress, the look topped off with her platinum locks, arched eyebrows and pale pink lipstick.
Shot in and around Pamela's Malibu trailer last November, the picture also stars Dame Vivienne, 67, alongside her husband and creative partner, Andreas Kronthaler, 42. And a dog.
But the unlikely collaboration did not come entirely out of the blue.
Pamela Anderson claims to have long been a fan of Westwood's curve-enhancing designs and when the two met at designer's spring/summer Red Label show in London last autumn, they hit it off immediately.
Wearing a shimmering gold lurex Westwood mini dress, Pamela took centre stage in the front row, before catching up with the designer after the show.
A Westwood spokesperson said: "At a meeting backstage after the show, Vivienne thought Pamela looked stunning in her clothes. When thinking of casting her next campaign, she immediately thought of Pamela and called her to ask if she would be interested. Pamela agreed on the spot."
Vivienne Westwood said theirs was more than just a business arrangement - it was a meeting of minds.
"We send each other books," she told the Sunday Times this weekend, spouting a list of titles the two have shared, including Anatole France's The Gods Will Have Blood, The Road by Cormac McCarthy, and a book about Senator Edward Kennedy.
"Pamela is very intelligent, she is somebody I can talk to. I don't need to draw her a map. She understands."
Part trash, part artist's muse, iconoclastic Pamela Anderson has transmogrified from big-busted cover girl to high brow art muse with aplomb.
Beyond her current collaboration with Westwood, she is inspiration and subject for surrealist pop photographer David Lachapelle, artists Richard Prince and Jeff Koons, and has now made the move into high fashion.
"Yesterday I was considered soft porn, now I am art," she said.
The campaign was shot by renowned photographer Juergen Teller, his fourth season for Vivienne Westwood, in a frenetic shoot that took place over just one day instead of the planned three, after the clothing was held up in US customs.
The trailer in the shoot actually belongs to Pamela, the Great Dane borrowed from a neighbour for the shoot, although the star has her own house too, which is currently being refurbished.
But Vivienne Westwood told the Sunday Times that Pamela loves the trailer so much - decked out with nothing more than a few beanbags, a flatscreen TV and her art collection leaning up against a wall - that she's hoping the house renovations are never finished.
The shots, showing Pamela modelling clothes from the Red, Gold, Anglomania and MAN labels, as well as accessories, are to be made into a coffee table book by Steidl, released this month.

Surrounded by friends and co-workers from her recent gig as Hans Klok’s assistant, party-loving Pamela Anderson celebrated her birthday with a bash at LAX nightclub in Las Vegas.
And while the Baywatch babe, who turned 41-years-old on July 1st, enjoyed socializing with the many guests - she had eyes for one attendee in particular, magician Criss Angel.
As previously reported by Mag55, Pammie and Criss share a history of getting cozy at social functions - with last night being no different.
After blowing out her candles, Miss Anderson made out with Angel in the corner before moving to the couches for a cuddling session in which they playfully posed for photographers.
Meanwhile, Pam has recently been reported to have rekindled her relationship with ex-husband Tommy Lee, who told Rolling Stone: “Pamela and the kids have moved in with me. It’s awesome, man. It’s definitely working. You can tell on the kids’ faces—they’re happy when we’re together.”
“We’ve only given it a try 800 times—801, here we go,” Lee added.
