Britney Spears hit Las Vegas for dose of rest and relaxation over the weekend.

The star was spotted lounging by the pool in a tiny white bikini at the Mirage hotel yesterday accompanied by a group of girlfriends.

Britney was rumoured to be gearing up to perform at the MTV Video Music Awards later this week, but her manager denied she'll be taking to the stage.
