Actress/singer Lindsay Lohan, 21, reportedly checked into a rehab program over the weekend at Sundance Resort in Provo Canyon, according to a CBS News radio report on Monday.
However, some media reports place her at her mom's home, according to The Associated Press.
Lucy Ridolphi, a spokeswoman for Sundance, said she knew nothing about Lohan's presence at the resort, and even if she did wouldn't be allowed to release information about a patient.
Lohan is reportedly staying at the Cirque Lodge, a luxury drug and alcohol and rehab center at Sundance that features fireplaces and private Jacuzzi tubs in each of the 16 guest rooms. The lodge also has a treatment center on Palisade Drive in Orem, near the Cascade Golf Center.
The Cirque Lodge's program is tailored to each individual, but generally includes "experiential therapy activities," like hiking, snowshoeing and "life-enhancing" helicopter rides through the mountains. The lodge was recently named by Town and Country magazine as one of the nation's top substance abuse treatment centers. Other celebrities, including Mary Kate Olsen and David Hasselhoff, have received treatment at the lodge.
Lohan has been in rehab twice before, at Wonderland Center and Promises Malibu Alcohol and Drug Rehab Treatment Facility, both in the Los Angeles area.
If Lohan is staying at Cirque Lodge, her stay may not be long. She was arrested for DUI on July 24 and is scheduled for an Aug. 24 court appearance on two DUI charges.
Lohan has a movie out now, "I Know Who Killed Me." She's starred in remakes of "The Parent Trap" and "Freaky Friday" and "Mean Girls," among other movies.
