Lohan Staying with Her Mother

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has surfaced for the first time since her driving-under-the-influence arrest last month--she's staying with her mother Dina in Long Island, New York.

The Mean Girls actress was arrested in Los Angeles on July 24 and charged with DUI--for the second time in two months--and possession of cocaine.


Lohan's whereabouts have been unknown after she was released on $25,000 bail in Santa Monica, California.

The 21-year-old, who was released from a 46-day stay in rehab on July 13, 11 days before her latest arrest, is due in a Santa Monica court on Aug. 24.
